What format are the sessions?
Live Zoom sessions with a Web60 expert. Each session is 1 hour of structured training followed by up to 1 hour of open Q&A where you can share your screen and get personal help.
Do I need a Web60 account?
No. Anyone can purchase and attend — you don't need to be a Web60 customer. However, the training focuses on the Web60 platform.
What if I miss a session?
Sessions are live only with no recordings. If you can't attend, you can change your booking to a different date before the session starts.
How long are my tokens valid?
Tokens are valid for 12 months from purchase. You'll receive a reminder email 30 days before expiry.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled via support ticket. Contact us at hello@web60.ie.
What do I need to attend?
A computer with Zoom installed and an internet connection. We recommend having your Web60 portal open in a browser tab.
