Refund Policy
Effective date: 1 February 2026. Last updated: 24 February 2026.
We want you to be happy with Web60. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. EU Cooling-Off Period
Under EU law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a digital services purchase. However, once the service commences with your express consent, this right may be waived. When you create a Web60 site, provisioning begins immediately.
Full cancellation terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
2. Web60 Refund Policy
- Within 14 days, site not published: Full pro-rata refund.
- Within 14 days, site published: No refund — the service has been substantially delivered.
- After 14 days: No refund. Cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
3. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancellation stops future billing. Your site stays active until the end of your paid period. Refund returns money already paid, subject to the conditions above. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund.
4. Domain Registration Fees
Domain registration fees are non-refundable. Registrations are processed with third-party registrars and cannot be reversed. See Section 5 of our Terms of Service for complete domain registration terms.
5. Free Demo Sites
No payment is made for demo sites, so no refund applies. Demos are deleted after 24 hours if not converted.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@web60.ie from your account email with your site name and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Disputes
Contact hello@web60.ie or use the EU ODR platform.
