Once you have purchased your Academy tokens, booking a session takes just a minute.
How to book
- Go to web60.ie/academy/book.
- Enter your email address. Use the same email you gave during checkout. The system will find your available tokens.
- Pick a session. You will see a list of upcoming sessions with dates and times. Choose the one that suits you.
- Confirm your booking. Click to book and your token will be used for that session.
What happens after booking
You will receive a confirmation email with:
- The session date and time
- The Zoom link and password
- A summary of what the session covers
You will also receive two reminder emails — one 24 hours before the session and another one hour before.
Viewing your bookings
To see all your current bookings, go to web60.ie/academy/my-bookings and enter your email address. You will see a list of your booked sessions with dates, times, and Zoom details.
Things to know
- Each token is good for one session. Once booked, the token is used.
- If you bought the bundle, you have one token per part. You book each part separately.
- Sessions are shown in Irish time (IST/GMT).
- You can change your booking to a different date before the session starts. See Changing your Academy booking for details.
