Changing your Academy booking

If your plans change and you cannot attend your booked Academy session, you can move your booking to a different date.

How to change your booking

  1. Go to web60.ie/academy/my-bookings.
  2. Enter your email address to see your current bookings.
  3. Find the session you want to change and click the option to move it.
  4. Pick a new date from the list of upcoming sessions for the same part.

Your booking will be updated and you will receive a new confirmation email with the updated Zoom details.

Things to know

  • You can change your booking at any time before the session starts.
  • There is no fee for changing your booking.
  • You can only move to another session for the same part (for example, Part 1 to a different Part 1 date).
  • If the session you want is full, you will need to choose a different date.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions are live only — there are no recordings. If you miss a session without changing your booking beforehand, your token is considered used.
