I did not receive my confirmation email
- Check your spam or junk folder. Confirmation emails sometimes end up there.
- Check you used the right email. Go to web60.ie/academy/my-bookings and try the email you think you used.
- Still nothing? Contact us at hello@web60.ie and we will resend it.
I cannot find my Zoom link
Your Zoom link is in your booking confirmation email and your reminder emails. You can also find it on the My Bookings page by entering your email address.
The Zoom link is not working
- Make sure Zoom is installed. Download it from zoom.us/download if you have not already.
- Check the session time. The link only works during the scheduled session time.
- Try copying and pasting the link directly into your browser instead of clicking it.
- Restart Zoom and try again.
I cannot find my tokens
Go to web60.ie/academy/book and enter the email address you used when purchasing. Your available tokens will appear.
If no tokens show up, double-check the email address. If you are sure it is correct, contact us at hello@web60.ie.
My token shows as expired
Tokens are valid for 12 months from purchase. If yours has expired, contact us at hello@web60.ie and we will see what we can do.
I missed my session
Sessions are live only with no recordings. If you missed your session without changing your booking beforehand, your token is considered used. Contact us at hello@web60.ie and we will do our best to help.
