Your Web60 dashboard keeps a record of every sign-in to your account. You can check this at any time to make sure nobody else has accessed your account.
Where to find login activity
- Sign in to your Web60 dashboard.
- Click "Account" in the left-hand sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Login Activity section near the bottom of the page.

What the table shows
Each row in the table represents one sign-in event. The columns are:
- Date & Time — when the sign-in happened
- Method — how the person signed in:
- Password — signed in using email and password
- Magic Link — signed in using an email link
- Admin — a Web60 support team member accessed the account
- IP Address — the internet address used to sign in
- Browser — the web browser and operating system used (for example, "Chrome (Windows)")
Loading older activity
The table shows your most recent sign-ins. If you want to see older activity, click the "Load more" button at the bottom of the table.
What to do if something looks wrong
If you see a sign-in that you do not recognise:
- Change your password immediately — see How to change your password.
- Enable two-factor authentication if you have not already — see How to set up 2FA.
- Contact Web60 support via our support page to report the issue.

Frequently asked questions
What does 'Magic Link' mean in the Method column?
This means the sign-in was done using an email link rather than a password. Magic links are sent when you first purchase your Web60 plan or when you choose the 'Sign in with email link' option on the login page.
What does 'Admin' mean in the Method column?
This means a member of the Web60 support team accessed your account to help you with a request. This only happens when you have contacted support.
I see a login I do not recognise. What should I do?
Change your password immediately from the Account page. If you have not already, enable two-factor authentication for extra protection. Then contact Web60 support to let us know.
