Academy tokens are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to find a session date that works for you.
How expiry works
- Your 12-month window starts on the day you complete your purchase.
- The expiry date is the same for all tokens in a bundle — they all share the same purchase date.
- Once a token expires, it can no longer be used to book a session.
Reminder emails
To make sure you do not miss out, we send you a reminder email 30 days before your token expires. This email will tell you:
- How many unused tokens you have
- When they expire
- A link to book a session
If you have already booked all your tokens, you will not receive an expiry reminder.
What if my token has expired?
If your token has expired before you had a chance to use it, contact us at hello@web60.ie. We will look at your situation and do our best to help.
Checking your tokens
To see your current tokens and their status, go to web60.ie/academy/book and enter your email address. You will see all your tokens, including which ones have been used and when they expire.
