How to request a refund
Contact us at hello@web60.ie with your name and the email address you used when purchasing. Our team will process your request.
Refund policy
- Unused tokens are eligible for a full refund.
- Used tokens (tokens that have been redeemed for a session you attended) are not eligible for refund.
- Bundle purchases can be partially refunded if some tokens have been used and others have not.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Cancelling a booking vs requesting a refund
If you just need to change the date of your session, you do not need a refund. You can change your booking to a different date for free.
A refund is for when you no longer want to attend at all.
