This article explains how to find and use the affiliate dashboard in your Web60 portal to track your referrals and earnings.
Finding the affiliate dashboard
- Log in to the Web60 portal.
- Click Account in the sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Affiliate Programme section.
If you have not activated your affiliate account yet, you will see an activation button instead of the dashboard. Click it to activate, then the dashboard will appear.
Understanding the metrics
The affiliate dashboard shows six key metrics:
Visitors
The number of unique clicks on your affiliate link. This counts each person who clicked your link, regardless of whether they signed up.
Referrals
The number of people who clicked your affiliate link and reached the Web60 sign-up page. Not everyone who clicks your link will get this far, so this number is typically lower than Visitors.
Conversions
The number of people who completed the full sign-up process and paid for a Web60 subscription after clicking your affiliate link. This is the number that earns you commission.
Conversion Rate
The percentage of Visitors who became Conversions. This helps you understand how effective your referral link is.
Balance
Your current earned commission that has not yet been applied to an invoice. This amount is credited to your account and will be deducted from your next Web60 invoice automatically.
Withdrawn
The total amount of commission that has already been applied to your invoices over time.
Your affiliate link
Your unique affiliate link is displayed in the same Affiliate Programme section of the Account page. It looks like a standard Web60 URL with a referral code appended.
You can share this link:
- On your own website (for example, in a blog post or footer)
- On social media profiles or posts
- Directly with contacts who might be interested in Web60
When someone clicks your link and later signs up for a paid Web60 plan, the conversion is attributed to you.
How commissions work
Commissions are credited as account balance. When your next invoice is generated, the balance is applied automatically, reducing the amount you owe. You do not need to request a payout or take any manual action.
For example, if your next invoice is for your annual plan renewal and you have commission balance available, the balance is subtracted from the invoice total.
Checking your history
The dashboard shows your running totals. If you need a detailed breakdown of individual referrals or payment history, contact Web60 support.
