How Web60 billing and payment works

Web60 keeps billing simple. There is one plan, one price, and no hidden extras. Here is everything you need to know about how payment works.

What does Web60 cost?

Web60 costs €60 per year plus 23% VAT, bringing your total to €73.80 per year. That covers everything: your website, hosting, daily backups, and support.

There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, and no surprise costs.

How to view your plan details

To check your current plan and billing status:

1. Sign in to your Web60 dashboard.
2. Click "Billing" in the left-hand sidebar.
3. You will see your Current Plan card at the top of the page.

The Current Plan card shows you:

• Your plan name, which is "Web60 WordPress, Annual"
• The price, which is €60.00 + VAT / year
• Your plan status. This will show as Active, Suspended, or Cancelled.
• Your next renewal date, so you always know when your next payment is due

Invoice history

Below your plan details, you will find the Invoice History section. This shows a table of all your invoices, including the invoice number, date, amount, and whether each one has been paid.

When am I charged?

You are charged once a year on your renewal date. Your first payment is taken when you sign up, and each renewal happens automatically twelve months later.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment does not go through, your invoice will show as Unpaid. We will try again and send you an email to let you know. If the payment remains unpaid, your site may be suspended until the balance is cleared.
