Adding contact details to a page

Open the page (usually your Contact page or homepage) in the WordPress editor.

Click where you want to add your details — or click the + button to add a new Paragraph block.

Type your contact information:
- Phone: 01 234 5678
- Email: info@yourbusiness.ie
- Address: 123 Main Street, Dublin 2

Click Update to save.
Making your phone number clickable
To let mobile visitors tap your phone number to call:
- Select your phone number text.
- Click the link icon in the toolbar.
- Type
tel:+353123456789(your full number with country code, no spaces). - Press Enter.
Making your email clickable
- Select your email address text.
- Click the link icon in the toolbar.
- Type
mailto:info@yourbusiness.ie. - Press Enter.
Adding details to the footer
If you want your contact information on every page:
- Go to Appearance → Editor.
- Click on the footer area.
- Add your phone number, email, or address.
- Click Save.

- Include your Eircode if you have a physical location — it helps customers find you.
- If you have different numbers for different departments, make it clear which is which.
- Keep contact details consistent across your website, Google Business Profile, and social media.
