When you click Generate Logo, several things happen in quick succession behind the scenes. Here is what the system does with your input.
Step 1: Prompt creation
Your business name, industry, style, and any optional details (tagline, colour preference, description) are sent to Claude AI. Claude acts as a professional logo design prompt engineer — it takes your plain-language inputs and crafts a precise, detailed prompt optimised for image generation.
For example, if you enter "Murphy's Plumbing" with a "Bold & Strong" style, Claude might produce a prompt describing heavy geometric shapes, a wrench-inspired icon, strong typography, and a confident colour palette.
Step 2: Image generation
The optimised prompt is sent to specialist image generation APIs. The system generates four unique logo variants in parallel:
- Variants 1 and 2 are created by Ideogram, producing crisp PNG logos
- Variants 3 and 4 are created by Recraft, which can produce both PNG and SVG formats
This dual-provider approach gives you a wider variety of styles and interpretations from a single prompt.
If you are on a Pro plan with a brand style selected, all four variants come from Recraft with your brand style applied for visual consistency.
Step 3: Storage and delivery
Each generated logo is saved permanently to your account. The four variants appear on screen within a few seconds, ready for you to review, download, refine, or apply to your website.
Your logos are stored securely and remain accessible through your Logo History indefinitely. You can come back to any previous session at any time.
