I can't log in to my Web60 dashboard

If you are having trouble signing in to your Web60 dashboard, try these three methods in order. Most people get back in within a few minutes.

Method 1: Sign in with email and password

This is the standard way to sign in.

  1. Go to app.web60.ie/login.
  2. Enter your email address in the email field.
  3. Enter your password in the password field.
  4. Click Sign In.

Common issues with this method:

  • Make sure you are using the same email address you signed up with.
  • Check that Caps Lock is not turned on, as passwords are case-sensitive.
  • If you have recently changed your password, make sure you are using the new one.

If your password is not working, the magic link is a quick way to get in without needing a password at all.

  1. Go to app.web60.ie/login.
  2. Click "Sign in with email link".
  3. Enter your email address and click send.
  4. Check your email inbox for a message from Web60.
  5. Click the link in the email, and you will be signed in straight away.

Important things to know:

  • The magic link expires after 15 minutes, so click it soon after it arrives.
  • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email within a couple of minutes.
  • Make sure you are checking the inbox for the same email address you entered.

Method 3: Reset your password

If neither of the above methods works, reset your password.

  1. Go to app.web60.ie/login.
  2. Click "Forgot password?" which you will find below the password field.
  3. Enter your email address and click send.
  4. Check your email for a password reset message.
  5. Click the reset link and choose a new password.
  6. Go back to app.web60.ie/login and sign in with your new password.

Tips for choosing a new password:

  • Use at least 8 characters.
  • Include a mix of letters and numbers.
  • Avoid using the same password you use for other websites.

Still locked out?

If you have tried all three methods and still cannot get in, here are a few more things to check:

  • Try a different browser or open a private/incognito window.
  • Clear your browser cache, as old stored data can sometimes cause sign-in problems.
  • Make sure you are going to the correct address: app.web60.ie/login.

Magic links expire after 15 minutes. If yours has expired, simply go back to the sign-in page and request a new one.
