How to view emails sent to your account

Your Web60 dashboard keeps a record of every email sent to your account. This includes welcome emails, invoice notifications, renewal reminders, and any other messages from Web60.

Where to find your email history

  1. Sign in to your Web60 dashboard.
  2. Click "Account" in the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Scroll down to the Email History section.

How to read an email

Click on any email in the list to expand it and see the full content. Click it again to collapse it.

Loading more emails

The list shows your most recent emails. If you want to see older messages, click the "Load more" button at the bottom of the list.

Common email types

  • Welcome email — sent when you first create your account
  • Invoice email — sent when a new invoice is generated
  • Payment confirmation — sent after a successful payment
  • Renewal reminder — sent before your annual renewal date

Frequently asked questions

Why did I not receive an email that is listed here?

The email may have landed in your spam or junk folder. Check there first. If you still cannot find it, make sure your email provider is not blocking emails from Web60.

Can I resend an email?

Not at this time. If you need a copy of a specific email, contact Web60 support and we can help.

I changed my email address. Will I still see old emails?

Yes. Your email history is tied to your account, not to your current email address. All emails ever sent to your account will still appear.
