Understanding your account credit balance

Billing & Account1 min read·

Some Web60 accounts have a credit balance — this is money sitting on your account that will be automatically applied to your next invoice.

Where to see your credit

  1. Sign in to your Web60 dashboard.
  2. Click "Account" in the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Look for the "Account Credit" box near the top of the page.

The account credit display on the Account page

Your credit balance is shown in euros (for example, "€10.00").

How credit works

When your next invoice is generated (usually at renewal time), any credit on your account is automatically deducted from the total. For example, if your renewal is €73.80 and you have €10.00 in credit, you will only be charged €63.80.

How you get credit

Credit can be added to your account in a few ways:

  • Refunds — if you are entitled to a refund, it may be applied as account credit
  • Promotional offers — occasional promotions may add credit to your account
  • Overpayments — if you accidentally pay more than required

Where did my credit come from?

Credit is usually added when you receive a refund, a promotional offer, or an overpayment adjustment. If you are unsure, contact Web60 support and we can check for you.
