Your Web60 plan is set to renew automatically each year. This means your card is charged on the renewal date and your website stays online without you needing to do anything. If you prefer, you can turn auto-renew off.
Where to find auto-renew
- Sign in to your Web60 dashboard.
- Click "Billing" in the left-hand sidebar.
- Look at the Services section. Each active service has an auto-renew toggle next to it.

How to turn off auto-renew
- Find the auto-renew toggle next to your service.
- Click the toggle to switch it off.
- A confirmation warning will appear, explaining that your service will not renew and will expire on its next due date.
- Click "OK" to confirm.

Your service will continue working until the next due date. After that date, if auto-renew is still off, the service will expire and your website will go offline.
How to turn auto-renew back on
If you change your mind, simply click the same toggle to switch auto-renew back on. You can do this at any time before your plan expires.
What happens when auto-renew is off
- Your plan continues to work normally until the next due date.
- On the due date, your card will not be charged.
- After the due date, your service will expire and your website will go offline.
- Your data is kept for a period after expiry, so if you change your mind, contact support.

Frequently asked questions
Is auto-renew on by default?
Yes. When you purchase a Web60 plan, auto-renew is enabled automatically so your website stays online without any action from you.
What happens if I turn off auto-renew?
Your plan will not renew on its next due date. When the due date passes, your service will expire and your website will go offline.
Can I turn auto-renew back on?
Yes. You can re-enable auto-renew at any time before your plan expires, using the same toggle on the Billing page.
Is this the same as cancelling my plan?
They have a similar effect — both stop your plan from renewing. However, cancelling your plan also begins a 30-day data retention period. Turning off auto-renew simply lets the plan expire on its due date. See our guide on cancelling your plan for more details.
