How to cancel your plan
- Sign in to your Web60 dashboard.
- Click "Billing" in the left-hand sidebar.
- Click the "Cancel Subscription" button at the bottom of the Current Plan card.
- A confirmation dialog will appear, showing your renewal date and asking you to confirm.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your plan status will change from Active to Cancelled.
What happens after you cancel
Here is what to expect once your plan has been cancelled:
- Your website stays online until your current billing period ends (your renewal date).
- Your data is kept for 30 days after cancellation. This includes your website pages, images, and backups.
- After 30 days, your website and all associated data will be permanently removed.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. During the 30-day period after cancellation, you can reactivate your plan and pick up right where you left off. Your website will be exactly as you left it.
To reactivate, simply sign in to your Web60 dashboard and follow the steps on screen, or contact our support team for help.
