The AI Site Builder will not load

If the Web60 AI Site Builder is not loading, is stuck on a loading screen, or shows an error, try these steps.

Check your internet connection

The builder needs a stable internet connection to work. Make sure you are connected to the internet and try refreshing the page.

Clear your browser cache

Old cached data can sometimes interfere with the builder:

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete (or Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac).
2. Select Cached images and files.
3. Click Clear data.
4. Go back to your Web60 dashboard and try opening WordPress again.

Try a different browser

If the builder is not loading in your current browser, try a different one. We recommend Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for the best experience.

Disable browser extensions

Ad blockers and privacy extensions can sometimes block the builder from loading. Try disabling them temporarily:

1. Open your browser's extensions settings.
2. Disable any ad blockers or privacy extensions.
3. Reload the page and try again.

Wait and retry

If the builder gets stuck during the "Generating your website" step:

1. Wait at least 90 seconds — the AI generation process can take a moment.
2. If it has been more than 3 minutes, refresh the page.
3. The builder should restart and let you re-enter your details.
