How to add a payment card

Billing & Account2 min read·

You can add multiple payment cards to your Web60 account. This is useful if you want to switch to a new card, keep a backup card on file, or use a different card for future payments.

How to add a card

  1. Sign in to your Web60 dashboard at app.web60.ie.
  2. Click "Billing" in the left-hand sidebar.
  3. Click the "Payment Methods" tab.
  4. Click the "Add Card" button.

The Add Card button on the Payment Methods tab

  1. Enter your card details in the secure form that appears. This form is provided by Stripe — your card number, expiry date, and security code go directly to Stripe and are never seen by Web60.

  1. Click "Save Card".

Your new card will appear in your list of payment methods.

Setting a card as default

If you have more than one card on file, the card marked as default is the one that will be used for automatic payments like your annual renewal. To change your default card, click the "Set as Default" button next to the card you want to use.

Card security

Web60 never sees or stores your full card number. All card details are handled by Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor used by millions of businesses. Your information is encrypted and protected to the highest industry standards (PCI DSS Level 1).

Frequently asked questions

What cards does Web60 accept?

Web60 accepts Visa and Mastercard, including both debit and credit cards issued by any bank.

Is it safe to enter my card details?

Yes. Your card details are entered directly into a form provided by Stripe, a globally trusted payment processor. Web60 never sees or stores your full card number.

Can I add a business card?

Yes. You can add any Visa or Mastercard, whether it is a personal card, a business card, or a prepaid card.

Why was my card declined?

This is usually an issue with your bank rather than Web60. Check that the card has not expired, that you have sufficient funds, and that online payments are enabled. If the problem continues, try a different card or contact your bank.
