You can remove a payment card from your Web60 account at any time, as long as you have at least one other card on file. Web60 requires a minimum of one card to keep your plan active.
How to remove a card
- Sign in to your Web60 dashboard.
- Click "Billing" in the left-hand sidebar.
- Click the "Payment Methods" tab.
- Find the card you want to remove in the list.
- Click the delete icon (the bin icon) next to that card.

The card will be removed immediately.
If you only have one card
If you only have one card on file, the delete button will be greyed out and you will see a message saying "You must have at least one payment method on file."

To replace your card in this situation, add your new card first, then remove the old one.
How to change your card
If you want to switch from one card to another:
- Add your new card — see How to add a payment card.
- Set the new card as default if you want it used for automatic payments.
- Remove the old card by following the steps above.

Frequently asked questions
Why can I not remove my last card?
Web60 requires at least one payment card on file at all times. This ensures your plan can renew automatically and your website stays online. To switch to a different card, add the new card first, then remove the old one.
How do I change my card?
Add your new card first using the Add Card button, then remove the old card. See our guide on adding a payment card for step-by-step instructions.
Will removing a card cancel my plan?
No. Removing a card only removes that payment method from your account. Your plan remains active and will be charged to whichever card is set as default.
