Your Web60 plan is paid automatically each year using the card on file. If an automatic payment does not go through, your invoice will show as Unpaid and you can pay it manually from the Billing page.
How to pay an invoice
- Sign in to your Web60 dashboard.
- Click "Billing" in the left-hand sidebar.
- Find the unpaid invoice in the Invoices section. Unpaid invoices are marked with an Unpaid or Overdue badge.
- Click the "Pay" button next to the invoice.

- Select a payment method. If you have more than one card on file, choose the card you want to use.

- Confirm the payment.
Your invoice status will update to Paid and you will see a confirmation message.
3D Secure verification
Some banks require an extra security step called 3D Secure when you make a payment. If your bank uses this:
- A popup window will appear from your bank.
- Your bank may ask you to enter a code sent to your phone, confirm in your banking app, or enter a password.
- Once you confirm, the payment will complete.
If the 3D Secure check fails, the payment will not go through. Try again, or contact your bank if the problem continues.
Why do invoices go unpaid?
The most common reasons are:
- Expired card — your card has passed its expiry date
- Insufficient funds — there was not enough money available
- Bank declined — your bank blocked the payment for security reasons
In any of these cases, you can add a new card and pay the invoice using that card instead.

Frequently asked questions
Why do I have an unpaid invoice?
This usually happens when your card has expired, there were insufficient funds, or your bank declined the automatic payment. You can pay the invoice manually from the Billing page.
What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is an extra security check from your bank. When you make a payment, your bank may ask you to confirm it using a code sent to your phone, your banking app, or a password. This protects you from unauthorised payments.
Can I pay with a different card?
Yes. When paying an invoice, you can select which card to use before confirming the payment.
My payment keeps failing. What should I do?
First, check that your card has not expired and that you have sufficient funds. If the problem continues, try a different card. If no card works, contact your bank or visit our support page for help.
