Turning On Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will now renew automatically before it expires.

Turning Off Auto-Renewal

  1. Go to the "Billing" section in your Web60 account
  2. Find your subscription and click the "Manage" button
  3. Scroll down to the "Auto-Renewal" section
  4. Click the toggle switch to turn auto-renewal "Off"
  5. Click "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page

You'll receive email reminders before your subscription expires so you can renew manually.

What Happens When Auto-Renewal is On

Web60 will attempt to charge your saved payment method 7 days before your subscription expires. If the payment succeeds, your subscription continues without interruption. If the payment fails, we'll try again after 3 days, then send you an email asking you to update your payment method.

Your website stays online during this grace period, but you should update your payment method as soon as possible.

What Happens When Auto-Renewal is Off

You'll receive email reminders 30 days, 14 days, 7 days, and 1 day before your subscription expires. After expiration, your website will be suspended until you renew manually.

To renew manually, log into your Web60 account, go to "Billing", and click "Renew" next to your expired subscription.

Payment Method Requirements

Auto-renewal only works if you have a valid payment method saved in your account. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Debit cards
  • PayPal (linked to your account)

If your payment method expires or becomes invalid, auto-renewal will fail and you'll need to update it.

If you're still stuck with your auto-renewal settings, contact Web60 support through your account dashboard or email hello@web60.ie.
