Once you have generated a logo you like, you can apply it to your website header with a single click. This feature is available on Starter and Pro plans.
How to apply a logo
- Generate a logo or open one from your Logo History
- On the variant you want to use, click Apply to Site
- A confirmation dialog appears showing a preview of the logo
- Optionally tick Hide the site title text if you want the logo to replace your site name entirely
- Click Confirm
The system applies the logo and you will see a success message. Your website header now shows the new logo.
What "Apply to Site" does
When you apply a logo, the system:
- Uploads the logo to your WordPress media library
- Sets it as your site logo in the WordPress theme settings
- Sets it as your favicon (the small icon in the browser tab)
- Sizes the logo to 180 pixels wide in your header template
- If you chose to hide the title, it hides the site title text so only the logo shows
All of this happens automatically. You do not need to log in to WordPress or edit any settings yourself.
Hiding the site title
When you tick Hide the site title text, your website header shows only the logo with no text beside it. This gives a cleaner look if your logo already contains your business name.
If you later want the site title back, you can revert the logo or apply a new logo without the hide option ticked.
Requirements
- Starter or Pro plan — Free tier cannot apply logos directly (you can still download and upload manually)
- Extendable theme — Your site must be using the Extendable theme (the AI Site Builder). See Theme Compatibility
After applying
Your logo is live immediately, though it may take a moment for cached pages to update. If you do not see the change straight away, try clearing your browser cache or opening your site in a private/incognito window.
If the logo does not appear at all, see Troubleshooting: Logo Not Appearing.
Frequently asked questions
Will the logo appear on every page?
Yes. The logo is set in your WordPress header template, so it appears automatically on every page of your site.
Can I apply a different logo later?
Yes. Generate or select a new logo and click Apply. The new logo replaces the previous one. You can also revert to the previous logo.
What size will the logo be on my site?
The logo is displayed at 180 pixels wide in your header, which is the standard size for the Extendable theme. WordPress handles the scaling automatically.
I selected an SVG variant but the logo on my site is PNG. Why?
WordPress media library works best with PNG files. When you apply an SVG variant, the system automatically uses the PNG version for your site header while keeping the SVG available for download.
